Message hey everyone new to the forum just wanted to start off by saying love this forum everyones so friendly and helpful. alright i have a 1995 artic white z32 tt 5 speed i bought her about 3 years ago i believe and have only put 3 thousand miles on it due to stupid problems such as front main oil seal and a bolt falling out in the little inspection plate on the tranny it fell out of that little guide for the gears and got stuck on one of the shafts making it so i couldnt get into third gear bc that haft has to twist to go into 3rd and fourth. but enoughf about my old problems i do all my work my self but im not as smart as most of the technical guys on here but here is my situation and opinions would help. the owner before me put a gt600r turbo kit from z1 and a rps clutch in the car but what he didnt put in were new injectors well lone behold one day i was driving and i starting blowing white smoke i didnt over heat barely lost any antifreeze and turn around and drove it slow back home i started a compression test and found out my motor was really beat to shit running only130psi in all cylinders except the second cylinder in on the passanger side it was coming up 40 this was right after about a month later after going on vacation and being away from her i ran another compression test just for sh1t3s and giggles and it was coming up 0 in that cylinder i ended up pulling the motor one weekend and taking the head off and this is what i found

im assuming this is what a slightly melted piston looks like correct me if im wrong but is this from not having the correct injectors and running to lean. i decided i just want to make this car as relaible as i can bc i love it and just want to enjoy it i would like her to have some pep in her step but i also would like her to not break my original thoughts were to sell the turbos but after talking to a member on this forum alain he was very helpful and told me i should keep these due to the fact there a well made reliable turbo and will last much longer then a stock one with bushings now to the questions if i keep these turbos can i throw in a manual boost controller and crank my boost down to around stock or just above as well as i also have a jim wolf tech ecu for the 95i read they have proper maps for increasing boost up to 13 psi (is this on stock injectors????) is there any cons to me doing this. second question is looking at that pic i dont have the 2 gs to bore it out and re piston it with over sized everything maybe i will one day but not right now is my best option going with a jdm motor for a grand with ok compression and just building my motor around the jdm block heads piping and sensors so essentially i have a 95 z again with my 48p heads any opinions on this or suggestions would be great thanks a lot for reading this
